Hotel Cristal Porto

Overall clean, stylish hotel, there was a comfortable foyer. There was a good choice of tasty options for buffet breakfast. The venue was set in the central position near to the Church, places to eat, main attractions.

Hotel's staff and rooms were very good. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a work desk, a multi-channel television and a dining area in the room.

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a downtown area, near to city centre, the downtown. The room was neat where the wifi was working, had wake-up service, that's cool.

The bed was very uncomfortable, that's sad thing.

It was great value for money, welcoming and unique room. Food was fresh, delightful stuff, bed was very comfy. I enjoyed having tea kettle, iron and ironing board. Fantastic service during my best stay.

Wonderful location, perfect bed, VERY EFFICIENT staff. A quite comfortable experience in the middle of Porto. Double room was elegant, everything was beautiful. Service in the hotel was perfect too. Cool tea, wines and coffee in the Irish bar, paid parking place.

private parking was provided to the guests. i appreciated the view from the room. porto city centre neighborhood deserves to be explored. consistent prices, no complains at all.

We could see ribeira square from our window. Near casa da musica, 25 minutes' walk to Sao Bento train station.
